The WC 54 is a light truck developed during World War II. Produced between 1942 and 1945 and often served as a U.S. Army military ambulance. The vehicles remained in service during the Korean War despite the appearance of a successor in the form of WC 64. It happened that in European countries WC 54 served in the sixties.
From a set of 293 COBI building blocks you will build a classic American military ambulance WC 54 in a model scale of 1:35.
This is undoubtedly one of the most successful kits released in 2021 by COBI. All graphic details are compositions made of blocks and high-quality prints that do not wear off even during intensive use. The design of the vehicle in a unique way reflects the original shapes of its historical prototype. The model continues a series of vintage cars that were created using specially designed elements. In the set you will find great multi-piece fenders, a block imitating a radiator, a glass with printed wipers and many other useful elements. The car is simple to build and susceptible to modifications. More experienced designers will easily use the available elements to create other versions of cars or trucks! The set includes a figure of a paramedic with a new sensational print on the helmet. The equipment also includes newly designed stretchers, which are now even better suited to military sets. The set is complemented by a brick with the vehicle name printed on it.
