Katyusha is a family of rocket launchers of Soviet production. Their combat use has been recorded since mid-1941. Despite the low accuracy of the fire, firing at enemy positions with the use of katyushas was very effective, thanks to its concentration on a relatively small area and mass use. Also, the terrifying sound of launching missiles caused justified panic in the ranks of the enemy. It was not for nothing that the Germans called this weapon "Stalin's Organs". Model BM-13 is a rail rocket launcher mounted on the chassis of ZIS cars. M-13 missiles were mounted in two rows, and their range, depending on the version, was over 9 kilometers.
The set with the famous BM-13 KATIUSHA rocket launcher was developed in a scale of 1:35 matching the COBI figures and consists of 440 construction blocks. The use of the latest elements from the COBI catalog made it possible to faithfully reproduce the characteristic shapes of the original vehicle. The features of the model are: rotating wheels equipped with tires, adjustable launcher inclination, opening vehicle cabin and detachable rockets!
All graphic elements are high-quality prints. The figures depict Soviet soldiers from the launcher staff. Both the officer and the private have detailed prints on the back as well.
