This is the most modern variant of the M1A2 SEPv3 Abrams tank, in the colors of the 1st Warsaw Armored Brigade and named after Tadeusz Kościuszko. The new Abrams set was developed under the license of the American defense company General Dynamics Land Systems. Poland has ordered 250 tanks of this type, and now you can see what these state-of-the-art tanks will look like in the Polish Army!
The block model has been reproduced in a sensational 1:35 scale with attention to maintaining the maximum amount of details. It became possible thanks to the use of new blocks from the ever-growing catalog of elements created by COBI. The model has high-quality prints depicting the characteristic "Mermaid" of the 1st Warsaw Armored Brigade, registration plates and elements of the tank's camouflage and instrumentation. The vehicle also has working tracks, opening hatches and access to the block engine, which is located under the service hatch. The vehicle's turret and barrel are movable. The Abrams tank has been enriched with accessories such as: a block sack, packages in a basket, ammunition and two machine guns. The set also includes a carefully designed figure of a sergeant from the 1st Warsaw Armored Brigade in a tank suit and with a characteristic badge on his beret. The set is complemented by a special collector's brick with the emblem of the 1st Warsaw Armored Brigade printed on it, as well.
Abrams is one of the best tanks of the modern battlefield! It has been produced since 1980 by the American defense company General Dynamics Land Systems. The tank is constantly being modified to meet new standards that increase its combat value. The latest production version is the M1A2 SEPv3. A characteristic feature of the tank is the turret, which takes up almost as much space as the rest of the tank. In its design, the Abrams boasts multi-layer armor, which provides a high level of protection against HEAT rounds. Abrams tanks were first used in combat in the early 1990s during Operation Desert Storm. Since then Abrams have been involved in successive military conflicts involving the United States. This set recreates its appearance in the Second Gulf War in 2003. They are also a hot export commodity.
