Messerschmitt BF 109 E-3 #5727

Messerschmitt BF 109 is the basic, most numerous Luftwaffe fighter from the Second World War. Found on every German front of the Second World War. The E-3 version went into production in May 1939. Aircraft of this type took part in the Battle of Britain. The historical painting of the aircraft refers to the machine piloted by 22-year-old non-commissioned officer Horst Perez, who probably had to make an emergency landing in a field in East Dean, Sussex, as a result of an engine failure. The pilot was taken prisoner, and the design of the repaired aircraft was tested in the USA and Canada. Currently, the fighter can be seen in a museum in Great Britain.

Messerschmitt BF-109 E-3 is a completely new design adapted to the 1:32 scale. The aircraft is even larger and contains more detail reproduced with 333 COBI building blocks.
